OSO GOOD DUE TO FOAL

OSO GOOD colored mare i purchased a couple of months ago has now gone into labour.
I fitted her with a wykes allarm which sounded today at 2.45 pm .
Just to describe her she is 16.3hh coloured mare in foal to coloured stallion called Seamus .
Very well bred on both sides anyway she hopefully will deliver today 10th june 2004 i
will keep you informed.

OSO PRIM AND PROPER COLOURED FILLY BORN 12.30 11 JUNE 2
Ive had countless sleepless nights and wouldnt recomment breeding to anyone its exciting but you worry about them so much.
Its now 8.10pm and i will go and check on her and keep you informed. Bless her she is so large and just waddles around feeling sorry for herself she has now waxed up and im hoping its all about to happen.

Warlord 16hh black and white belgium warmblood arrived december 2005 from the Netherlands.

He has covered 3 mares and they are all in foal for this year 2006 and the mares start foaling in april so watch this space for pictures.

BUISNESS IS ROSIE HAS FOALED

Wednesday 21st june at midnight

Rosie had a wykes alarm fitted to her and we wnt to bed about 10.30 at 11.23 the alarm rang my mobile to say that she was foaling so neil and myself went outside to make sure everything was going ok.

Rosie was unhappy and kept getting up and laying down and pushing but the foal was stuck at the shoulders.

I phoned the vet and she told us what we should do..... Neil quickly went into action and slowley pulled the foal out and cleared its airways and mouth for it to breath.

He then watched for a while to see it get to its feet .

We now have a little bay colt with a white face pictures attached.

We have a new mare to add to the breeding program here at first house .
She is by a stallion called Palfrienier who is related to Nick Skeltons Arko
The line includes SAMBER she is 6 years old and all her pedigree has international showjumpers .Her grandfather was a horse called JOOST who has sired 148 to jumpers.
So she will now be pit in foal to Warlord

FIDGET
She is looking fantastic , this is another horse that is home bred she has alot of history behind her as she got me through cancer by keeping me interested in the horses while i was ill. She alway has that playfull attitude and naughty ness as a foal oh and was alway in trouble....

Look what rachel has done with her and i am so very proud of fidget oh and of course you rachel.
